Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received on or before October 16, 2026. An administrative fee of US$100 will be deducted from each refund.

Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address ssrrreg@ieee.org on or before October 23, 2026.
